I booked what seemed to be the biggest room - a FULL apartment on the bottom floor! (Nr. 1) =D This apartment was bigger than my own one apartment back home. I had a TV (with limited channels/viewing options), a MASSIVE double bed, a beautiful mid-sized bathroom, a kitchen on one side of the HUGE living room! There was a good-sized fridge, and all the plates, forks, glasses, cups, etc. you might need in a kitchen. There was also a full-sized wardrobe to keep your clothes up on hangers or on shelves.

The location is great, the beds were comfy, the views are wonderful and we had a good stay. We didn't use the kitchen because we only needed a place to sleep for one night. Host was responsive and helpful. We stayed at the second floor with a balcony view towards the sea. Gorgeous view.

A well-maintained, large apartment on the edge of Blonduos. Kind of like a studio apartment with an extra bedroom added on. We had a nice view of the village and surrounding farmlands. Everything was clean and the furnishings modern. Quiet building. We especially liked the bay window alcove where the table and chairs were located.

We loved everything about the apartment. It was warm, comfortable and light, close to a bay and the ocean. We specially appreciated warning obout upcoming powercut during the night by the staff. Apartment No1 was fantastic for us and would certainly recommend. Staff was very kind and helpful. Many thanks x

The room was a really good size, the bathroom was really big and everything was clean. The room had a microwave and fridge. There were a few places to eat near by.

I usually stay at the guesthouse but this time I tried the Apartments which is located a bit higher up. The place was empty so it was awesome! The room was big, with a very spacious bathroom with a real bath! Not very practical but it was fun :) The bed was big and comfy and the whole place/location is really quiet. The view was also nice: residential street with only a few houses and the sea on one side, the mountains on the other side. Although there was no common area where you can cook and eat, I appreciated to complimentary tea/coffee and the fact that there was a individual fridge and a boiler in the room, allowing for some (very) minimal meals. It's not an issue, there are a few restaurants in Blönduós. The road were closed the next day but the owner allowed to stay until a few hours after the checkout time without extra, that was a nice gesture.

Room was beautiful, specious, very clean and really nice decor. I appreciate having a table with water heater, fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom and enough towels. TV with Netflix.

Location, view, size, the '80s furniture. We loved the wind blowing all night, it was so cozy. We will be back when we take the ferry back to Europe.
